1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Zybots, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access the service, create an account, or continue using paid or free features.

2. Service scope

Zybots provides website-trained AI agents and related tooling that may include hosted dashboards, widgets, analytics, workspace controls, public APIs, and connected integrations.

Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan, region, or product version. Some features may be added, updated, restricted, or retired over time as the service evolves.

3. Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that only authorized users access your workspace.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and renewal terms shown during checkout or inside the product. Taxes, plan limits, overages, and renewals may apply depending on the subscription selected.

  • Keep billing and contact details up to date.
  • Pay invoices, subscription fees, and applicable taxes on time.
  • Monitor plan limits and usage tied to conversations, training, or other resources.
  • Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next billing cycle to begin.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm Zybots, its customers, end users, or third parties.

You must not use the platform to facilitate illegal conduct, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, or bypass technical or commercial restrictions.

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing without permission, or service disruption.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, clone, or use the platform to build a competing hosted service unless allowed by law or a separate agreement.
  • Do not misuse trial access, free plans, or automation in a way that creates operational or security risk.

5. Customer content and data responsibilities

You keep ownership of the content, data, documents, URLs, and instructions you submit to the platform. You grant Zybots the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or connect the content you use for training, analytics, lead capture, and assistant deployment.

  • You must have the necessary rights to your uploaded or connected content.
  • You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
  • You should maintain your own backups for materials that are business-critical.

6. Intellectual property

Zybots and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, branding, design, documentation, and all related intellectual property, except for customer content that remains owned by the customer.

These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service during the active subscription period in accordance with the purchased plan and these rules.

7. Suspension and termination

Zybots may suspend or limit access if necessary to prevent abuse, address security concerns, enforce plan restrictions, respond to non-payment, or comply with law.

Either side may end the commercial relationship according to the applicable subscription terms, but some provisions such as payment obligations, ownership terms, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits may continue after termination.

8. Warranties, disclaimers, and liability

The service is provided on an 'as available' basis except where specific written commitments apply. While Zybots aims for reliable operation, it does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for every use case.

AI-generated answers can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some contexts. Customers must review outputs before relying on them in sensitive, legal, financial, medical, or other high-risk situations.

  • AI outputs should be reviewed before being used in production workflows.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses may be excluded.
  • Any liability limits are subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

9. Changes and contact

Zybots may update these terms from time to time. Material changes should be reflected on this page, and continued use after the updated terms take effect means the revised version applies.

Questions about these terms, subscriptions, or commercial use can be sent to [email protected].

Important note

These terms provide a public overview and should be read together with any order form, plan-specific terms, privacy disclosures, or enterprise agreement that applies to your account.
